English: PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW. THERE ARE 5 SECTIONS.
REGISTRATION ENDS AUGUST 1ST! This is a hard deadline; no one will be accepted into the program past the deadline. We have to have at least a month to plan and ensure the ministry begins in a safe and organized manner, which means we need all registration forms (which include emergency contact info, allergies/conditions in need of accommodation, etc.) to make sure our staff and volunteers are equipped with necessary information to serve your family.
You will need to submit a BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE at the time of registration and again when Confirmation Paperwork is being collected.
Sinai (Confirmation & High School Ministry) will begin September 14th, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. at the church (1620 Hanford Rd, Graham, NC).
The cost of the program is $100 per year/per child and needs to be paid no later than August 1st.
